The Grand Bluffs at Eastbridge is a prestigious 75 unit
condominium community by Cook Homes nestled high atop a
bluff overlooking the Grand River.
The streetscape, landscape design, planning approval, and
construction administration services for the project were
provided by the GSP Group. The firm worked closely with
Cook Homes and its team of project architect, engineer, and
landscape contractor to create a community that achieves a
high standard of design.
Special attention to detail and scale is evident in the
landscape design of the streetscape, entrance, central
amenity area, individual units, and the two shelters which
contain seating and mailboxes. The landscape design
incorporated the existing woodlot and provided an additional
naturalized buffer adjacent to the woodlot.
The Grand Bluffs at Eastbridge was awarded the 2008 Project
of the Year for Multi-Unit Projects by the Waterloo Region
Home Builders Association. |
