Hilary Bald Park, Vineland Neighbourhood Park and Angelina Prokich Park

GSP Group with F.J. Galloway Associates, is preparing the Master Plan for three parks in the Town of Lincoln.  The purpose of the study is to prepare a plan that will guide the development of these parks, through determination of site opportunities and constraints, emerging recreational trends, planning policy and most importantly the community vision and goals. 

 The project includes determination of user needs through a public consultation process that included attending classroom workshops (school grades 4, 6, 8 and 12), stakeholder sessions and two public open houses. The master plan, which will be finalized in early 2010, will provide direction for development for the three parks over the next six years.
