Kristen Barisdale

Project Description

Kristen manages land-use planning applications and development projects with a focus on commercial, industrial, and residential development. She works to assist public-sector and private clients with obtaining various planning approvals, including Consents, Minor Variances, Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Draft Plans of Subdivision and Condominium, Site Plan Approvals, and Part-Lot Control.

Kristen has strong analytical skills, which she demonstrates through the preparation of planning justification and feasibility reports. She is actively involved with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and currently sits on the Professional Standards & Registration Committee.
