Project Description

The project site at 282 MacNab Street North is located directly south of the West Harbour GO Station within the West Harbour Secondary Plan area.

GSP Group has filed an application of behalf of St. Jean Development Group for an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit the proposed redevelopment of the land. The redevelopment of the Site is proposed as a 13 storey, 110-unit residential building.
