660 Belmont LP Inc. (Zehr Group) is proposing a mixed-use development on the property at 660 Belmont Avenue West in Kitchener. The proposed development is 13-storey mixed-use building incorporating commercial floor space at grade with residential units above. The thirteenth storey is a partial storey accommodating the mechanical penthouse and modest footprint for resident amenity rooms. Underground and at-grade parking are proposed with access provided from Belmont Lane East. The Lane itself is proposed to be purchased by the owner and incorporated into the development.
