Emily Sicilia

Project Description

As a Landscape Architect for GSP Group, Emily has experience taking a variety of projects from conceptual development to contract administration. Some of her responsibilities include, site inspection, vegetation management plans, rehabilitation / habitat landscape plans, park / plaza designs, trail planning, and project management. She specializes in ecologically sensitive landscape design and restoration, as well as cultural heritage landscape design for public spaces.

Emily is interested in how we can mimic ‘design’ found in our natural ecosystems to increase the resilience of our built environment. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science, Biology (Ecology) from Queen’s University. Emily is also a Certified Arborist.
