Eric Saulesleja has over 21 years of consulting experience in the land use planning field. He has extensive experience in land use policy research, land use planning studies and development approvals throughout the province. Eric has a thorough working knowledge of the land use planning process, provincial legislation, plans and policy and municipal planning policies and guidelines. He has completed a number of residential, commercial, institutional and employment development and redevelopment projects across Southern Ontario for private and public sector clients.
Eric continues to serve as the principal project manager for a number of Infrastructure Ontario land use planning projects. His work includes coordinating a roster of multidisciplinary experts to complete various planning assignments which have included land use planning approvals and planning studies.
He has appeared before municipal councils, committees, urban design review panels and other approval and commenting bodies. Eric has also has participated in mediation sessions and has provided expert testimony at the Ontario Municipal Board.
