Project Description
Patrick has a unique background in both planning and the English language. His doctoral dissertation at the University of Western Ontario examined cultural responses to technological innovations in early twentieth-century urban environments. Patrick uses his exceptional written and oral communication skills to produce clear, high-quality written material and to deliver presentations or consultations in an engaging and confident manner.
Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Planning from the University of Waterloo and a PhD in English from the University of Western Ontario.
