The City of Guelph developed a new 325-hectare business park along the Hanlon Expressway (Highway 6). This park opened in 2014 and provides opportunities for office and enclosed manufacturing and warehousing firms to locate along the high visibility highway corridor.

General industrial development is located in the interior. A large wetland and stream headwaters are preserved in the central part of the new community

GSP Group prepared a Draft Plan of Subdivision, official plan policies, zoning by-law regulations and vegetation management plan. The new policy and regulatory framework will provide a contemporary and flexible approach to business park development.

Tenants include Würth Canada and Fusion Homes.
