Evan Wittmann

Project Description

Evan has a thorough working knowledge of the land-use planning approvals process, having completed several residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use development projects across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. He brings a strategic and analytical approach to each project, recognizing the unique context and sensitivity of each site. He is committed to creating sustainable urban neighbourhoods through innovative and progressive approaches.

Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours, Geography & Environmental Management) from the University of Waterloo and a Post Baccalaureate in Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University. In addition, Evan is currently a candidate member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) and is in the process of gaining his full Registered Professional Planner designation.
