Project Description

Fraser is a Senior Business Consultant and Financial Analyst at GSP Group. He specializes in planning for the social and fiscal sustainability of land-constrained municipal resources, principally cemeteries, as a business consultant with Hilton Landmarks, a division of GSP Group specializing in cemetery planning and design services.

Fraser prepares feasibility studies for crematorium and cemetery projects, conducts land needs analysis and business plans, and assists with master plans. His work informs conceptual design and detailed design. Fraser’s projects are supported by his understanding of policy, demographics, cultural and competitive market factors, consumer trends, and best practices. He has evaluated the business outlook of operations ranging from large cities to small communities.

Fraser holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business.
