GSP Group provided Land Use Planning and Urban Design services for the site located at the southeast corner of King Street West and Queen Street South, which previously contained the All-Saints Church and its associated parish building. In the heart of downtown Hamilton, the condominium development will be a 23-storey mixed-use building in a podium and tower form, with ground floor retail, below and above-grade parking, and 212 residential units.

The team organized and led the public consultation process and coordinated and secured the required Planning Act approvals for Zoning By-law amendments. GSP Group prepared the Planning Justification Report, draft Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment documents, Urban Design Brief and the Visual Impact Assessment.
