GSP Group is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. We are committed to treating people with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. Our Kitchener office which is located at 72 Victoria Street South is fully accessible with an elevator that is available from the parking lot entrance. Our Hamilton office located at 162 Locke Street South is not accessible. However, we commit to meet at an agreed upon accessible location off site.
We are also committed to ensuring that the pages within this website are accessible to everyone. During the development and ongoing maintenance of the website, we have undertaken to ensure that it conforms to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. Our website makes use of best practices for website accessibility, some of which include:

• Images with a text description that will be read out loud with a screen reader.
• Font sizes using relative units of measurement, making it easier and more consistent to scale fonts.
• All web pages with headings to create proper structure for use by screen readers. To cycle through the headings on a web page, press the “Tab” key on your keyboard. To cycle backwards, hold down the “Shift” key while pressing the “Tab” key.
