Due to receiving close to 300 questions, the response document will be made available the beginning of July as the project team has been working towards providing responses to the community's questions. Thank-you for your patience.
A public webinar was hosted via Zoom on Thursday, May 14, 2020 to provide information about the development applications. Various members of the project team presented information about the proposal which was followed by a live Q+A. A recording of the 2-hour webinar can be viewed here.
During the webinar, attendees were able to type questions as well as up-vote other peoples' questions. During the live Q+A, the project team responded to questions in order of how many votes a question received.
All questions submitted during the webinar along with other comments submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org will be recorded and answered by the project team. A response document containing these questions and responses will be made available on this project site.
Once comments from City of Hamilton staff are received on the various studies, the project team will review these along with the comments from community members to determine what changes should be made to the design/reports to address the concerns.
