Project Description
This project is for a site located near the intersection of Upper James Street and Stone Church Road. This site is considered Block 2 and in 2019, a Zoning By-law Amendment was approved for two 4-storey multiple dwellings on this site.
Presently, the applicant is looking to update the proposal to accommodate the development vision for a 4 to 10 storey multiple dwelling. It is also envisioned to include a central courtyard, 192 parking spaces, and 224 bicycle parking spaces. To accommodate this vision, a Zoning By-law Amendment Application will be prepared.
