Heather Price

Project Description

Heather has over 10 years of planning and urban design experience in both municipal and private consulting practices. Her background provides a balanced foundation of development and policy planning with a focus on urban design.

Heather is responsible for a wide variety of land-use planning and urban design assignments for clients across southwestern Ontario. She manages a range of planning approvals, including Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Plans of Condominium, Section 37 Bonusing Agreements, Site Plan Applications, and Committee of Adjustment Applications. Heather has also provided expert testimony at the Ontario Land Tribunal.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours) from the University of Waterloo. She is an urban design specialist and a qualified Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) professional. Heather is a GSP Group shareholder.
